Cattle Sorting Event and Such

Sometimes prayers are answered at the very moment they are needed the most. Last week at physical therapy, Brynlee did so well. She did cry a little bit, but she was so cooperative and the therapist was able to see some of the improvements that Brynlee has been making. This could not have happened at a more important time. I think I would have lost it (again, ha, ha) if we would have had another bad therapy session.

 

We have a newly announced fundraiser for our horse therapy program.  Here are the details:

Team Sorting Benefit - September 29, 2012

When: Saturday, September 29, 2012
Sign-up: 5 PM; Start: 6 PM

Where: Legacy Event Center, 151 South 1100 West, Farmington, Utah

$20 for 3 runs per person; Prizes for the top 3 teams in each run plus additional prizes

Drawing, silent auction and bake sale

Money raised is for the Therapeutic Assets Handicapped Riding Program,
a non-profit organization

So, if anyone could donate anything, please, please let me know. I am clueless about these sort of things and how to get donations. We are asking for any sort of donation for prizes and drawings and a silent auction. This could be anything from a gift certificate to knitted goods to jewelry to tools to electronics - really just about anything of value.

 

Also, please come and bring your families and buy some baked goods.  It is FREE to get in, but we want you to buy a yummy treat to help with the expenses of this wonderful program that helps our Brynlee so much. It will be fun! We will be there, so come have some fun with us!

 

Thank you for all of your support as always. I know we've been doing a lot of fundraising lately, but these three organizations, Therapeutic Assets, HopeKids, and CureSearch are really the three that we feel at this time are helping us the most and that we want to give back.
